We aim to meet recognised accessibility standards and continually improve our website to ensure an inclusive experience for all users.

Conformance status

This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. It is partially conformant: most of the site meets the standard, and the areas below are being brought fully into line.

Known areas we are working on:

• Some content is delivered through third-party embeds, such as the live ScoreView benchmark, whose accessibility we do not fully control. A non-embedded route to the same information is always provided - the benchmark can be opened directly on scoreview.co.uk.
• We keep heading structure, alternative text, and colour contrast under review as content changes.

This statement was last reviewed in July 2026, and we reassess conformance as the site evolves.
