Procurement routes and what a first engagement actually looks like. Written so a procurement officer and an information-governance officer can each find their answer without asking us for it.
G-Cloud 14. We are on the current G-Cloud framework, which is the straightforward route for a public-sector buyer: search the Digital Marketplace, run your evaluation against published service definitions and pricing, and award. No further competition is needed where the framework's own rules are followed.
Direct award. Where your standing orders allow it and the value fits your thresholds, we can be engaged by direct award. This is often the fastest route for a first, bounded piece of work.
G-Cloud 15. Our framework agreement was countersigned by the Government Commercial Agency on 7 August 2026. Selling through G-Cloud 15 is subject to the mandatory certification and terms and conditions submissions the agency requires, and services go live on that framework later in Summer 2026. Until then, use G-Cloud 14 or a direct award.
Crown Commercial Service became the Government Commercial Agency on 1 April 2026, so recent framework correspondence comes from GCA rather than CCS.
The AI and legal-content assurance page sets out where AI is used, what data reaches a model provider, and what we do not claim. The security and data handling material for TenantSafe covers storage, access control and the sub-processor list, and the data processing agreement carries the retention periods for case data. The privacy notice covers this website.
